Melrose Place and Friday Night Lights actress Brooke Langton has signed on for an upcoming guest starring role on another hit series. The actress will join FoxÂ’s hit procedural, Bones, in Season 8, where she will appear in an episode as BonesÂ’ long-ago murdered mother, Ruth Brennan, who was killed on the run just a couple of years after she abandoned Bones as a child.
